What happens next

  1. We confirm availability and send a payment link for the 30% deposit.
  1. Your confirmation mail carries the skills syllabus for your route, the kit list and a 6-week preparation plan.
  1. Balance 30 days before departure; permits, insurance and transfers are arranged by us.
  1. A WhatsApp group with your leader from Special Forces opens two weeks before departure.

Register interest for a route and we confirm dates with you first. Batches run at 9 trekkers; private batches on any date in season.

Good to know

  • Prices are per person, all-inclusive from the hub city, excluding 5% GST.
  • Free cancellation up to 45 days before departure; the deposit converts to a credit after that.
  • Routes above 3,500 m need a doctor-signed fitness certificate.
  • Sikkim and Arunachal routes need permits — allow 3–4 weeks and send ID details early.
